Job Description

Apprentice Trainees are registered under the Government of India Apprentice Act, 1961 for one year. You can read more about the Apprentice Act on the website.
It is not an employment opportunity. It is solely meant to give an industry exposure to student and practical overview of industry.
The Apprentice trainees will undergo one year rigorous training - on field.
The key features of year long training would be:
o Project Guide through out the trainee period
o Review meetings with Mentors
o Interaction with leadership team
o Involve yourself in New Initiatives first step towards management education
o Be a part of the Tata Group
o Have exponential learning and Fun
At the end of one year, certificate is issued to the apprentice trainee. Students not completing the whole one year will not be eligible for the certificate.
During the training, apprentice trainee are entitled for 15 Sick Leave and 12 Casual Leave
Eligibility Guideline:
o 60% and above in 10th and 12th standard
o 60% and above in B. Tech/ Diploma till last semester
o 70% and above @ time of joining in B.E. / B. Tech
o No Backlogs
