Job Description
Prime Responsibilities :
Assist the instrumentation Lead and the team in preparation and review of instrumentation deliverables for executing FEED or Detailed Engineering jobs, Proposal or Pre-bid Engineering activities
interfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out project work for providing or receiving or reviewing the deliverables at various stages of project
Develop understanding of clients requirements and resolution of the same
Prepare or Review of all instrumentation engineering deliverables
Key Deliverables
Requisition or specification, data sheets, Offer Evaluation, Vendor drawing review,sizing or selection for all field Instruments
Control System Engineering including IO database, Logic diagram
Instrument Installation engineering including review of 3D model, Instrumentation Layouts and Hook up diagrams, Cable or Tube Schedules and MTO
Package instrumentation interface and review
Key competencies - Functional
Need to Have:
Knowledge ofinternational or domestic good engineering practices
Knowledge of relevantinternational codes and standards pertaining to the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of latesttechnologies available for field instruments and Control Systems
Knowledge of MaterialSelection for Instruments.
Knowledge of Instrument Sizing and selection
Knowledge of SmartPlant Instrumentation
Knowledge ofInstrument and Control for Mechanical Packages and their interface with themain control system
Minimum of 5 to 8 years in Detailed engineering Design
Nice to Have:
Working experience in International projects
Knowledge of 3D Modelling review
Participation in Control Systems FAT
