Roles &
Responsibilities:
 These responsibilities cover all phases of development, from
brainstorming and evaluating concepts through troubleshooting and support on
the floor. In this role, you will:
·         Perform a wide
variety of research and/or development laboratory tasks and experiments.
·         Perform detailed
analyses and tests. Compiling observations, analyzing data and interpreting
results.
·         Accountable
for collaborating with design team (SGTC & division) for test setups &
performance of tests.
·         Maintain
laboratory equipment.
·         Write
experimental reports, summaries and protocols.
·         Responsible
for the operation, calibration, preventive maintenance and repair of all
equipment in the laboratory.
·         Ensure
instrumentation is up and functioning at all times to achieve testing goals.
Work closely with the Design team ensuring departmental priorities, budgeting,
and evaluating progress toward achieving department objectives.
·         Requisition
all parts and materials as necessary in a cost efficient manner.
·         Adhere
to all company’s & industry (electrical, electronic and biological) safety
procedures while performing job duties.

budget planning.
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Performs other duties as directed.
Desired Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/
Mechanical/Electronics/Microbiology from an accredited university.
Experience:
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:windowtext">5+ years of hands
on experience on laboratory equipment, like Washer, Sterilizer, Incubator.
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:windowtext">Proficient use of
laboratory equipment and tools
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:windowtext">Proficient in
recording original data
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:windowtext">Familiarity with
lab environment, material testing preferred
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:windowtext">Familiarity with GMP/GLP
desired
·         mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:windowtext">Ability to use
computer for word processing, spreadsheets, document retrieval, e-mail,
business calendars
·         Mechanically
inclined, strong problem solving skills, hands-on individual.
·         Strong
oral and written communication skills.
